b'Front Sway Bars1-1/4 Front Sway Bar BoLt-on KitS When we run a 1.25-spline bars with our steel 45 bent arms with effective lengths of 8.25 & 9.25the highest rate we can get is around 1300# with a straight bar.If we go longer on the arms, the rates go softer.We cant run shorter armswithout experiencing too much angle change in the arm & link as the suspension travels.I think of these 8.25-9.25 arms & 1.25 sway bars as a good package up to 3 of front end suspension travel in dive.More than that & we have too much arm angle change, which leads to binding & breaking the rod endsor something else.
