227 Watt’s Link info Tips on Selecting Your Watts Link Kit: The first decision is are you chassis mounting the bellcrank (AKA Propellor, Football, etc) or are you mounting it to the housing. There are handling advantages to having the bellcrank mounted to the chassis. On corner entry, when the rear of the chassis rises under hard braking, the roll center goes up, a little, helping to reduce rear roll angle. On corner exit, under hard throttle, the chassis squats to a degree, lowering the rear roll center and increasing side bite & forward grip. So all RSRT Watts Link systems mount to the chassis. We make 3 versions of Quik-Tune Watts Link Packages:  TT 5” Bellcrank version that mounts the links to the housing with chromoly “trees” (Tubing & Brace) on BOTH sides. This system uses standard width Chromoly rod ends.  TA2 5” Bellcrank version that mounts the links to the housing with chromoly “trees” (Tubing & Brace) on BOTH sides. This system uses Wide Body Chromoly rod ends.  GT 7.5” Bellcrank version that mounts the links to the housing with chromoly “trees” (Tubing & Brace) on the Driver Side Only. The Passenger side link attaches on the lower shock mount behind the shock. This system utilizes a heavy duty “Stepped” Watts link on the Passenger side & Wide Body Chromoly rod ends.
